Family Flow Overview

A creative and fun way for young yogis and their parent/caregiver to develop a yoga practice together. Learning postures and relying on one another to develop balance and coordination will help strengthen family bonds. Our experienced instructor will guide parent/caregiver and child through asanas that focus on breathwork and postural alignment and increase muscle stretch, strength and tone. This practice will ultimately create emotional balance, a regulated nervous system and improved self awareness and sensitivity. It is recommended that practitioners wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in. Suggestions include leggings, athletic shorts, tank tops, t-shirts or something similar in nature. Socks are not to be worn during yoga classes as they could ultimately cause injury.
