ETOILE, LLC Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 (June 9, 2018)

The privacy and security of our clients and their family/guardians is very important to us. This privacy policy describes how we collect, protect and use information we receive from website and mobile app visitors. This website and our mobile app is operated by Etoile, LLC (“Etoile”).

1. What Information We Collect and How We Use It

To participate in any of the classes or events offered on our site or through our mobile app, a customer or child must be registered. Registration for a minor must be done by a parent or guardian. To register, you will need to provide personal information such as name, address, contact information and specific criteria (for example, class time and grade) that is established for each class/event. You will also be asked to provide payment information such as credit card numbers. You will need to select a unique username and password to verify your identity for future access. This allows you to access and edit personal information that you have provided. Contact information is used for notification purposes (for example, to confirm class/event registration) or when necessary, for customer service. Payment information is used only to bill you for classes, events, products, and services that you specifically request.

“Cookies” are files with small amounts of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit, and are stored on your computer’s hard drive. Our website uses these "cookies" to collection information and to improve our website. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies, and know when a cookie is being sent to your computer. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our website and some features may not work as well as designed.

All of the information we collect is used to personalize your account, to customize our services, and to allow our customer service representatives to contact you when necessary. We release personally identifying information you have provided to process a request for a class, event, product, or service or when we provide you with prior notice. For example, personal contact information may be shared with other Etoile members who participate in the same classes, events, and/or teams via a contact list for members' ease in coordinating communication amongst participants, to allow for members to organize carpools, etc. Any such contact list would be available only to Etoile members via a password protected page on our website. Etoile will affirmatively seek your permission to be included before sharing your contact information with other members. We will also disclose personal information about an individual user if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal process. We will use contact information that you provide to send you information about us and promotional material from some of our partners. You can opt out of receiving these promotions by (1.) sending an opt out request via email to, or (2.) calling us at 781.285.9226. Information may be released on an aggregated basis (meaning that the information from many participants is grouped together in a way that does not disclose the personal information of any particular participant).

In addition to the disclosures described above, personal information about our users may be provided occasionally to outside auditors, consultants, and others we hire for routine website operations, to help us manage email communications with our members, or for other standard business activities. We ask all recipients to agree to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the information.

With prior specific notification, we may also release your child’s name and/or picture to a media outlet, or social media site, such as Instagram or Facebook, through an Etoile account. Through the Etoile Waiver of Liability, or by responding to a specific notice to parents and guardians, you may request that your child’s name and/or picture not be released or posted.
