sarah lincoln, dance instructor
Miss Sarah began dancing at the age of 2 and entered the world of competitive dance by age 10. Over the years, she trained in a variety of styles throughout the South Shore and Boston, expanding her technique and passion for movement.
After high school, she attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she earned her BA in Sociology. While pursuing her academic interests, dance remained a constant in her life. She was an active member of the UMass Dance Company, where she performed and choreographed for five semesters, and also took dance courses alongside her studies.
Since graduating in 2024, Miss Sarah has continued to grow as both a dancer and choreographer. She danced with DanceWorks Boston during Season 26, returning to the stage with renewed excitement, and recently began training in heels dance to broaden her repertoire. She continues to seek out classes and learning opportunities whenever she can.
In the studio, Miss Sarah is passionate about cultivating joy, curiosity, and growth. She believes in the power of dance not just as a form of movement, but as a way to become more confident, expressive, and supportive individuals. To her, it’s a privilege to help dancers explore, evolve, and celebrate their unique voices through movement.
