We are excited to present our 8th Annual Dance Showcase, a celebration of our dancers’ hard work and growth throughout the season. Due to the size of our program, the howcase will be presented across five separate shows.

Showcase Dress Rehearsals
Dress Rehearsal is mandatory for all dancers. Rehearsals take place on stage at Marshfield High School, allowing dancers to practice spacing, formations, and transitions so they feel confident and prepared for showcase day.
Each dance is assigned a 10-minute time slot.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Arrive in your first costume, with hair and makeup complete and ready to dance.
Dancers leave once their scheduled time slot(s) are complete, they do not stay beyond their assigned rehearsal time(s).
Dancer Check-In & Backstage Guidelines:
Parents/guardians must check their dancer in backstage at their assigned table in the dressing room.
Dancers enrolled in Twinkle Toes Age 2 classes only will be checked out of the dressing room immediately following their on-stage performance. They may sit on a parent/caregiver’s lap to watch the remainder of the show or may go home.
All other dancers will remain backstage for the duration of the show (approximately 1 hour) and will return to the stage for the finale.
One parent/guardian(female) is allowed backstage in dressing room to help their child change into their next costume, if needed.
Dancers will be assigned to a table with their class, where a dedicated helper will stay with them while they wait for their performance.
Parents are not permitted to stay backstage after check-in, except when changing costumes.
Showcase Scheduling:
We have pre-assigned classes to specific shows this year, with each class’s assigned show indicated in the class title. While we understand the convenience of having siblings and dancers in multiple classes within the same show, it was the responsibility of parents to enroll dancers in coordinating classes with matching pre-assigned shows. Due to capacity limits and staffing, we are unable to make adjustments. Our priority is to keep performances short, efficient, and enjoyable while ensuring a great backstage experience for all dancers.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your Showcase time.
Please arrive in the first performance costume (if your dancer has multiple routines), with hair and make-up done. You should be ready to dance!

Mark your calendars! Picture Day 2026 is happening on May 1-3, 2026, at Etoile Dance Studios. This is your chance to capture your dancer’s amazing recital look with professional portraits!

Your company logo will be displayed on the printed/electronic tickets all audience members must present to enter our performances. Your logo will also be displayed on our website on our ticket sales page. Cost: $100 per show.

Flowers + Ballerina Bears will be available at the Showcase to purchase - pre-ordering always saves time and helps! Your pre-order will be available for pickup at the show venue (see flower table)
*ETOILE SHOWCASE T-SHIRTS
One Showcase t-shirt per family is included this year in your annual family membership fee. We do need you to fill in sizing information for your dancer’s complimentary t-shirt directly in the parent portal. Please log in, and select “costumes” under the “Info” tab at the top of the portal menu. You will be able to enter your dancer’s size there. If you need to purchase additional Showcase t-shirts (i.e. siblings, parents, etc.), please use the link provided below. Each Showcase t-shirt has our theme on the back. All sizes are unisex and available in sizes XS Child - Adult XXXL. The shirt is optional, however, dancers will have the option to wear them in our finale.

Important Note: We will not have extras in stock after the preorder closes. If you do not place an order by April 17th, you will need to purchase the required tights directly from Plymouth Dancewear.
